Application to Enrol in a Victoran Government School PDF:

Once your Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School has been accepted (PDF above), please complete the below Enrolment Form (PDF):

In addition to completing the provided enrolment forms, it is a legal requirement for the school to hold a copy of your child’s full Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Certificate, which needs to be provided at your earliest convenience. Birth Certificate application forms are available at Australia Post or online and Immunisation History Statements can be obtained from your local Council or Medicare.

Once your child is enrolled you will be provided with a login to our school management software XUNO, where you will be able to contact your child’s teacher directly, access student reports, monitor attendance and receive information about upcoming events.
